Roller also shines in its willingness to recommend, with 88% of respondents ready to endorse the provider. In five additional categories, including price-performance ratio, service, and advice competence, Roller scores a top 2 finish.
Poco Furniture Markets follows closely in 2nd place, also generating a "good" rating. The retailer excels particularly in the price-performance ratio: an impressive 91% of customers are content in this area. Poco leads the pack in service, with 83% of customers expressing satisfaction. Additional strengths lie in the product range and delivery and assembly areas.
Jysk claims 3rd place, boasting a solid overall rating. The advice competence stands out: 82% of respondents rate this service favorably. Jysk also secures top 3 placements in service, product range, and willingness to recommend.
