Rocketbrush Studio's Contractual Guidelines for Fresh Endeavors

In the world of digital design and development, clear communication and collaboration are key to success. This is especially true for new website projects on our platform, where we have established a set of rules to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow for both clients and our team.

While these rules are not legally binding, they are followed almost always, serving as internal guidelines that aim to benefit all parties involved. The rules are not specified in this paragraph, but they are designed for the convenience of both clients and our website.

The process for creating new assets on our platform involves several stages, with client approval sought before moving on to each stage. The first stage involves creating a sketch or rough outline of the asset, allowing the client to provide edits that do not contradict the initial specifications.

Once approved, the final form of the asset is created, allowing the client to make minor changes. It's important to note that under no circumstances will the exports be submitted before they are paid for.

The project is usually split into agreed-upon milestones, with each milestone being paid in advance before completion. In some cases, a 50% advance payment for the milestone is agreed upon, with the remaining 50% paid upon approval of the final results but before the exports (source files) are submitted.

Approval stages are a crucial aspect of our workflow, ensuring quality and compliance. These approvals can be optional or required, depending on project risk and criticality. Required approvals mean all involved parties must consent before moving forward, while optional approvals facilitate quicker progression when risks are low.

Regular reports are provided during the project, with the option for daily updates or updates each time there is a change. The client is asked to provide feedback at their convenience to stay within the agreed schedule.

It's essential for clients to provide accurate, complete, and legally compliant content and materials for development. This includes necessary access credentials, such as to hosting, analytics, CRM systems, and ensuring data readiness such as cleanup or backup unless otherwise specified in the project scope. Clients are responsible for maintaining technical infrastructure and compliance with relevant regulations.

In terms of technical considerations, clients need to support the project with appropriate infrastructure such as reliable internet, device compatibility, security settings, and backup systems. Implementation might involve integration via APIs or SDKs with existing services, following documentation standards and service-level agreements defined by the provider.

Content approval processes ensure that published work meets agreed standards and brand guidelines before public release. The approval steps safeguard against errors and unauthorized publication, where all or designated stakeholders must approve final results. These policies protect intellectual property and define when and how results can be shared publicly.

In summary, standard website project terms on our platform emphasize clear client responsibilities for content, access, and infrastructure; defined approval processes to manage quality; continuous communication and reporting; agreed payment schedules often unaffected by delays; and legal safeguards controlling the publication of deliverables. These combined elements help ensure projects deliver on time, within scope, and with the agreed level of quality.

If you have any questions regarding these Terms of Work, please don't hesitate to contact your dedicated Project Manager. Our team is committed to achieving the best results when provided with all technical aspects, even though we cannot predict how the assets will be implemented into the client's game. We reserve the right to publish the results of our work in our portfolio, but always check it with the client first to avoid untimely exposure of the assets.

In the midst of our digital design and development project workflow, we emphasize communication and collaboration, much like in a home-and-garden endeavor, aiming for a lifestyle of efficiency and convenience for all involved parties. The creation of new assets includes client approvals at various stages, mirroring the review process of a home remodel before moving on to each construction phase.
