In the charming town of Hasper, there's a familiar figure known as Marc Stricker. With roots deeply entwined in the community, his father, Günter, was once a carnival organizer some twenty years ago. Young Marc was no stranger to the action, aiding in the construction of the carnival wagons and joining the caravan back in the day. Now, at 32, he has honed his skills as a certified carpenter and taken the reins of his own business at Wiembusch.

Standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the longtime carnival builder, Marc symbolizes the new generation about to usher in a youthful Hasper future. And he's doing so with an unwavering commitment to tradition. To kick off the festivities, the beloved Wolkenschieberfest will carry on next weekend, followed by the grand carnival event from June 13th to the 16th, featuring a memorable parade and vibrant booths for a party not soon forgotten.
