London's New 'Hunter's Moon' Pub Opens After Five-Week Sprint

The Hunter's Moon, a new pub in London, opened its doors in late September. Co-owner Hubert poured his heart and soul into the project, treating it as his debut and 'child'. The pub represents the traditional autumnal hunting and preparation period in folklore.

The soft launch was followed by a launch party and a 50% off food offer for the opening weekend. The pub offers a daily-changing menu of modern European dishes and a casual menu of snacks and sharing plates. On weekends, customers can enjoy a Saturday brunch and a classic Sunday roast.

Hubert's attention to detail is evident in the layout of the kitchen, toilets, and cellar, designed for optimal service and customer experience. The pub features a front pub area for casual dining and a dining room for formal dining, both with unique features like an AGA and open fireplace. The website for The Hunter's Moon is https://huntersmoonlondon.co.uk/.

The Hunter's Moon was completed in five weeks by Stenball Group, despite challenges with timing and logistics due to the location. Hubert's desire for a creative stamp and his own say in a product led to the pub's creation. The pub is now open, offering a unique dining experience in London.
