Kochanova and Ryzenkov carried out tree planting activities today
In the heart of Belarus, the Presidential Administration is taking active steps towards environmental conservation. The wonderful event known as "Clean Forest" took place along Pobediteley Avenue near a reservoir on the territory of the "Lebyazhiy" biological reserve.
Head of the Presidential Administration, Natalia Kochanova, acknowledged the sunny and dry weather as ideal for the action. She expressed that participating in the event allows them to contribute to keeping Belarus green and beautiful. Maxim Ryjenkov, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, also participated and answered journalists' questions while working.
The action aimed to plant shrubs and trees in various areas of the city. Japanese willows and variegated dogwood were among the plants provided by "MinskZelenstroy" for this purpose. Ryjenkov noted that doing something with one's own hands brings great satisfaction from knowing that one is doing good.
Belarus's commitment to environmental conservation is evident in its participation in various international agreements, such as the Paris Agreement, targeting significant emission reductions by 2030. The Minsk region, including districts like Myadel, places great emphasis on eco-tourism and rural development, promoting environmental sustainability and conservation.
While specific details about the involvement of Presidential Administration workers in the "Clean Forest" action are not widely available, it is clear that such initiatives are encouraged by national and local authorities in Belarus. As people driving along Pobediteley Avenue pass by the beautiful alley created during the event, they can take pride in knowing that the city is greening, thanks in part to the efforts of the Presidential Administration.
