Introducing the latest wellness practice at MGallery The Retreat Palm Dubai
A unique wellness experience, the region's first-ever floating breathwork in the sea, made its debut in Dubai on Sunday, 3rd August 2025. Hosted by MGallery The Retreat Palm Dubai, this innovative offering is set to continue every Sunday evening from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, starting on 17th August 2025.
The floating breathwork sessions are a collaboration between breathwork guide Ashley Edelman of Immersiv Collective and MGallery the Retreat Palm Dubai. Participants will embark on a guided breathwork journey while floating in the calm waters of the Arabian Gulf. The experience includes a welcome ritual, somatic activation, and a closing reflective herbal tea ceremony on the sand.
