Holiday festival unfolds at Design University's campus

The Faculty of Design at Hochschule Pforzheim is set to host a Christmas market on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at Holzgartenstraße 36. This year's event promises to be the largest in recent years, with nearly 40 students participating, including first-semester student Sinja Boeckh.

The market, which will run from 11 am to 6 pm, is organised by the design students themselves and will showcase a wide variety of unique, handmade products. Alongside jewellery, visitors can expect to find cards, calendars, jute bags, magazines, accessories, and drawings.

One of the students selling jewellery at the market is third-semester jewellery design student, Sarah Hamouni. She will be selling rings at the event. All products sold at the market are one-of-a-kind pieces or small series, designed and handmade by the students themselves.

The market will take place in the Aula of the Faculty of Design, located at Holzgartenstraße 36. For those interested in attending, it is recommended to check the official Hochschule Pforzheim Faculty of Design website or contact the faculty directly for the most up-to-date information, as the exact dates for this event are not currently listed in the search results from 2023 or 2024 jewelry event listings provided.

This Christmas market offers a unique opportunity to support up-and-coming designers and purchase handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces for the holiday season. With a wide variety of products available, there is something for everyone at this exciting event.
