Fresh insights into Laurensberg's landscape and history
The much-anticipated exhibition, "Through Streets and Times with a Pen - Urban Sketches from Laurensberg", is set to open its doors to the public from August 16, 2025, at the Laurensberger Rathaus (Laurensberg Town Hall). This exhibition, a collaborative effort between the Aachen-Laurensberg District Office and the Laurensberg Heimatfreunde, will run until September 12, 2025.
Dr. Susanne Kleine's thought-provoking collection of sketches offers diverse perspectives on buildings and landmarks in Laurensberg, aiming to make local history tangible. The exhibition is housed at the Aachen-Laurensberg District Office, Rathausstraße.
Visitors can view the exhibition during the office's regular opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. On Wednesdays, the exhibition can also be viewed from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. Admission to the exhibition is free until September 26, 2025.
