Festival of VG Dresden 2025 Held at New Venue
On September 20, 2025, the Consumer Cooperative Dresden will host its Regional Festival at the VG-Biomarket on Friedensstraße. This exciting event, running from 11 am to 6 pm, promises a day filled with organic food, live music, and engaging activities for all ages.
More than 25 organic producers will participate, offering information stands, tastings, and interactive activities. Visitors will have the opportunity to engage in conversations with the producers, learning more about the origins of their food.
The diverse range of organic food and drinks available for purchase during the festival includes a variety of local delicacies. From fresh produce to artisanal baked goods, there's something for everyone.
For the little ones, the festival has a host of activities designed to educate and entertain. Children can carve pumpkins, squeeze oatmeal, prepare smoothies using a smoothie bike, potato print, get their faces painted, and enjoy an interactive circus with juggling. There's even a test ride of cargo bikes provided by the ADFC.
Music will be provided by Ju from Dölzschen and Ida Wallmann, ensuring a festive atmosphere throughout the day.
The ADFC will also be on hand, offering cargo bikes for testing. This is a great opportunity to learn about sustainable transportation options.
