Neuss's Mayor, Reiner Breuer, was among the first buyers, expressing his excitement for the upcoming green heart of the city and the six-month summer festival celebrating the Landesgartenschau. The event will take place from April 16 to October 11, 2026, on a 38-hectare site in the city center.
