Digital artist Tim Berresheim shares his insightful advice for art enthusiasts at the Museum of Art

In the cultural heart of Stuttgart, a series of exciting events are taking place that showcase the city's vibrant art scene. Tim Berresheim, a renowned German artist known for his digital art, will be a guest in the Parri Blank series 'Coffee & Croissants' at the Galerie Parri Blank on Saturday. Berresheim is currently presenting a chamber opera titled 'The Great Wayfinders I-IX (Cave Music)' at the Kunstmuseum Stuttgart, exploring the meaning of digitization through cave research. On the same day, Berresheim will also be present at the Galerie Parri Blank, offering an opportunity for art enthusiasts to meet the artist and discuss his work. The galleries' tour Art Alarm, a multi-voiced stage of contemporary art in Stuttgart, is taking place this Saturday and Sunday. The tour offers a unique opportunity to discover various galleries and artists, including the gallery Elisabeth and Reinhard Hauff, which has contributed to the positioning of artists such as Clement Cogitore and Tim Berresheim. However, it was announced that Elisabeth and Reinhard Hauff, a significant Stuttgart gallery, will be retiring and will not be part of the Spring Art Alarm on April 18 and 19, 2026. Reinhard Hauff has stated that more project-based work will follow the gallery work. Meanwhile, Stuttgart painter Volker Blumkowski, who lives in Paris, is currently exhibiting his work at the Stadtischen Galerie Backnang (Petrus-Jacobi-Weg 1). The current exhibition features 'stories' by Blumkowski that let the means overgrow their heads in surprising, ironic, and often mysterious ways. Gert Wiedmaier, another Stuttgart artist, is presenting his exhibition 'Sichtwechsel' at the Fritz and Hildegard Ruoff Foundation in Nuertingen (Schellingstraße 8). Wiedmaier will be in the exhibition rooms for the finale of his exhibition on this Sunday from 3 pm to 6 pm, offering guided tours and conversations. Finally, new works by Wolfgang Flad can be seen in the rooms of the gallery Elisabeth and Reinhard Hauff on Saturday and Sunday. A strong art location lives from a diverse echo, also from the region, and Stuttgart is no exception. For those planning to attend the opera, tickets can be purchased at the evening or daily box office. The website www.art-alarm.de is the ideal companion for the galleries' tour Art Alarm. As the city continues to foster and support its artists, Stuttgart promises to remain a significant art location in Germany.
