Steps

- Start gluing the colorful tissue paper on to the white tissue paper piece. Arrange the colorful tissue paper pieces on the white tissue paper, then apply glue and stick them down.
- Place the LED tea light inside the tissue paper-covered card-stock paper to create the luminary effect.
