Blossoming deals at Vorster Tuppenhof: From the "Enchantment of Flowers" to the opera performance
On Saturday, July 23rd, nature educator Jasmin Khalil will be hosting the workshop "Blütenzauber - Wildkräuter zum Naschen" at the Tuppenhof from 1 to 5 pm. During this event, participants will discover various seasonal wild plants on the Tuppenhof and create some unusual treats from them. On a separate note, the non-profit association "Music To Go" is presenting two Opera in Espresso Format events at the Tuppenhof. On Saturday, July 23rd, there are no performances scheduled. However, on Sunday, July 31st, at 4 pm, an Opera in Espresso Format performance will take place. This event offers a relaxed atmosphere where everyone, regardless of opera knowledge or age, can enjoy classical music performed by experienced artists. The performance takes place outdoors, with an alternative location in case of bad weather. Admission to the Opera in Espresso Format is free.
The Opera in Espresso Format performance features opera singer Désirée Brodka, a string quartet, and five opera singers. Tickets for the event are necessary due to limited seating and can be purchased online at shop.tuppenhof.de/tickets.html or via a QR code. Participants are required to bring something to write with and a plant identification book, if available.
