Autumn kitchen essentials: John Lewis teaming up with Deliciously Ella for a fashionable yet classic assortment
Deliciously Ella Launches Plant-Based Homeware Collection with John Lewis
Deliciously Ella, the founder of a popular plant-based food brand, has teamed up with John Lewis to launch a 60-piece homeware collection. The collection, available online from today and in stores from September 24th, is inspired by Ella's plant-based ethos and encourages batch cooking at home.
The collection includes a variety of kitchen goods and tableware with vegetable motifs and down-to-earth embroidery. Highlights include kale, artichoke-themed plates, beetroot-themed salt and pepper shakers, and other food-themed pieces. The collection also features practical items such as stainless steel food containers for storage and silicone style storage containers for meal prep.
Holly Cockburn, a Content Editor at John Lewis, focused on kitchen and bathroom designs and buys, has worked on the collection. The collection has an autumnal tone but is not led by kitchen trends, making it versatile and classic.
One of the standout pieces is the green stoneware roaster, ideal for winter tray bakes, and the aluminium baking tray, suitable for roasting vegetables. The serveware dishes are perfect for family-style hosting, while the small dishes, priced at £12, are suitable for nuts, crisps, and dips. The beetroot-inspired salt and pepper shakers are both practical and pretty table decor.
The collection's price point starts at £6 for a cork-backed placemat and caps at £60 for a cotton embroidered tablecloth. The tomato candlestick holders can be the centrepiece for every tablescape. The platform team is particularly excited about the napkins from the collection.
Ella Mills, founder of Deliciously Ella, expressed her excitement about launching the collection with John Lewis, stating it brings together everything she's learned about making everyday cooking simpler and more enjoyable. She enjoys batch cooking, particularly in winter, as it's a handy way to ensure nutrients without spending hours at the stove every day.
The collection is now available online and in stores from September 24th. Whether you're a plant-based enthusiast or simply looking to add a touch of vegetable-inspired charm to your kitchen, this collection is sure to have something for you.
